Todd Ofslager, PresidentTodd Ofslager holds the designation of Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS), a certification earned only by good standing members of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS). ASTPS is the only organization solely devoted to the development of professional skills in tax preparation and the full area of this practice.
As an enrolled agent (EA), Todd is also a federally-authorized tax professional who has technical expertise in the field of tax preparation and is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels—examination, collection, and appeals—of the Internal Revenue Service. In addition to taxpayer representation, enrolled agents often provide tax consultation services and tax preparation of a wide range of federal and state tax returns. Todd Ofslager earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. He worked for over 25 years as a corporate controller for various small businesses in Chicago and Richmond. |

Cyndi OfslagerCyndi Ofslager is a 1977 graduate of Bloomsburg State University in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. She has a B.S. in Business Management. Her career path includes working in both administrative and bookkeeping/payroll positions as well as working in campaign management for community service organizations. She has managed payrolls of over 100 employees in 7 states, overseeing the processing of payroll tax filings for both federal and state taxing entities. Areas of expertise include overseeing monthly bookkeeping and bank reconciliations, preparing payrolls and filing associated taxes, and personal tax preparation.

Iva OverbyIva Overby has over 20 years of experience working in leadership and administrative roles for small businesses. Iva's specialized experience working in small business operations, accounting and bookkeeping adds a valuable perspective for our clients. Iva joined the team of accounting professionals in 2009 and serves in a wide range of roles - including assisting with IRS tax preparation of personal, business and tax-exempt tax returns. Iva studied business at Trinity International University in Chicago and is actively involved in continuing education coursework within the accounting and tax preparation industries.
